Five steps from your first invoice
Add one overdue invoice
Start in the workspace without an account. Upload a photo or PDF, or enter the invoice manually. Review the customer, outstanding balance and due date before continuing.
Upload or enter manuallySave your work and connect payments
Create an account or sign in to save your invoice. Add how customers already pay you, like Interac e-Transfer, and Remi can send the first reminder while Stripe verifies your business. Stripe adds card checkout and monthly plans; the dashboard shows what it still needs.
Account and payment setupReview the message, then choose to send
Check the customer’s mobile number and the first message before sending. Remi follows up on your business’s behalf, answers invoice questions and offers the available ways to pay. Review the conversation from your dashboard.
You choose when to startYour customer chooses how to pay
They can pay in full or choose 3 or 5 monthly payments. The customer sees and agrees to the 3–5% plan fee before checkout. The first installment is collected at checkout, with the others scheduled monthly.
Full payment or installmentsTrack payments and exceptions
Successful payments go to your connected account on the payment provider’s payout schedule. Review failed payments, disputes and requests for different terms. A promise to pay is not a completed payment.
Follow progress in your dashboard
You stay informed at each step
Know what happens to your invoice, what your customer sees and how payments reach you.
AI helps read your invoice
Photo and PDF extraction saves typing. Check the result before continuing, and correct anything the AI missed. Manual entry is available too.
A conversation with context
Remi uses the invoice details to discuss payment respectfully. If the customer disputes the balance or says they already paid, review the situation before further follow-up.
Clear identity and opt-out
Messages identify RemitRight and your business. Customers can reply STOP to opt out. Confirm you have an appropriate basis to contact the customer before starting.
A finite payment plan
The available plans contain 3 or 5 monthly installments. Customers authorize checkout and the payment schedule. RemitRight tracks the plan, including failed payments.
Payments go to your account
Connect Stripe so successful customer payments can reach your business. Funds are not advanced upfront.
No RemitRight subscription
There is no business subscription or setup fee. Customers pay a disclosed 3% or 5% plan fee only when they choose installments. Paying in full has no RemitRight plan fee.
Nothing hidden. Move the slider.
RemitRight has no business subscription or setup fee. Customers choosing a plan pay a 3–5% plan fee. See the payment breakdown in Canadian dollars.
If your customer pays in full instead, they pay exactly CA$840.00 — with no RemitRight plan fee. Monthly charges may differ by a few cents because each payment is rounded. Payments must succeed for the invoice to be settled.
